Returns Instructions
For a smooth return process, follow these steps:

• Notify us of your return and provide the reason through the refund page on our website.

• Use a reliable courier service to send the product back, and share shipment details via email.

• Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging for a refund.

• Ensure the product is not damaged during courier to be eligible for a refund.

• Clearly mention your billing address, name, and contact number on the return label.

Return Policy

• Products must be returned unopened; opened or damaged products will not be accepted.

• Inflatable products are not eligible for warranty, return, or refund.

• Buyer bears the cost of shipment for returns.

• Products damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Damaged Products

• Contact VedaneQ immediately if a product arrives damaged.

• Ship the damaged product back to us, with shipment cost borne by the buyer.

Refund Process

• Refunds may take up to 60 working days from approval, with email notification to the customer.

• Order cancellations incur a 15% shipment fee deduction.

• Defective products are exchanged; buyer covers shipment for the new product.

• Credit card refunds take about 14 working days; debit card refunds take 30 working days.

• VedaneQ reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellations after shipping are not accepted.

• VedaneQ may cancel orders due to shipping limitations, pricing errors, or product availability issues. Refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Benchmarks communication reserves the right to request customer identification during delivery. Failure to provide identification can result in order cancellation.
